Learn the secrets and gain the skills of a Sommelier. This comprehensive course is ideal for the wine aficionado whether at home or in the industry. The course covers food and wine pairing, purchasing wine, dealing with suppliers, cellar management, designing workable wine lists, service etiquette, decanting, recording, guest approach and philosophy, and wine jargon.

If you know a little about wine but would like to expand your knowledge with wines from all over the world - including comparative tastings from old and new world wine varietals - then this is the course for you. Indulge in four weeks of tutorial with Christian Maier, RACV Club Sommelier.
