This class will boost your confidence in the kitchen. Areas covered include: kitchen safety and
knife safety, correct knife usage and skills, kitchen hygiene and basic
nutrition. The chef will demonstrate the
fabulous menu and then the students will replicate the main dish and eat the
three course feast, which is served with Fiji Spring Water, selected wine and
beer.
Note: this lesson must be completed before continuing to
lessons 2-6.
