This class will boost your confidence in the kitchen.  Areas covered include: kitchen safety and knife safety, correct knife usage and skills, kitchen hygiene and basic nutrition.  The chef will demonstrate the fabulous menu and then the students will replicate the main dish and eat the three course feast, which is served with Fiji Spring Water, selected wine and beer.

Note: this lesson must be completed before continuing to lessons 2-6.

The He Cooks program will cover a range of cooking methods and types of food including stocks, soups and sauces, eggs and dairy, fruit and vegetables, rice and pasta, meat, game and poultry and seafood.  This hands on course will empower men to have full confidence in the kitchen cooking delicious and nutritional meals for themselves, family and friends.
