RABQSA, this course provides the skills and knowledge needed to become an
accredited Food Safety Auditor.
Topics include
pre-audit planning and desk auditing, auditing standards, on-site auditing,
audit reports, case studies, Codes of Practice, legal liability, HACCP
knowledge and practices, hazard analysis, CCPs, and preparation of a food
safety plan.
A certificate in
Hygiene for Food Safety Supervisors (THHBCC11B or HLTFS10A and HLTFS9A),
experience in the food/hospitality industry and in the implementation of HACCP
principles in the workplace would be an advantage to participants doing this
course.

Food Safety Practical Audit Training Program

Cost: $90 per session or $1800 for full 20 day program
Offered to people
who have qualified as an (Associate) Food Safety Auditor, this program provides
a supervised environment to carry out audit days to gain RABQSA registration to
auditor level. Training will be conducted
on selected days each month.
Participants need
to provide their own laboratory coat and thermometer for this training. Evidence of your Food Safety Auditor Training
certificate is required to be eligible to do this training.
