Prior to making an application with William Angliss to undertake a Skills Recognition Audit, it is important that you know some basic background information about SRA.

It is the responsibility of the RTO to provide the following information to all potential applicants:

•  The benefits of SRA

•  The SRA processes and procedures

•  Any costs involved

•  Contact details for applicants to seek more information

•  The applicant's right to appeal and details of William Angliss Institutes appeals process.
