Do I have the right of appeal?

The Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) requires all RTOs to have a comprehensive set of policies and procedures for the appeals process which provides for reassessment on appeal. William Angliss Institute has an appeals process that gives the person being assessed, or another interested party, the opportunity to dispute the outcome of an assessment and seek reassessment.
