The Workplace Hygiene course is an online
course designed for people involved in food preparation and handling.
It covers basic hygiene principles for all food handlers. It covers
the legal obligations of food handlers, correct food handling and storage
practices, personal and environmental hygiene, the identification and
reporting of potential hygiene risks.
The course is self-paced,
interactive and engaging with voice over to listen, video clips to watch
and activities to perform. There is an online test to conclude when
exiting the interactive learning materials. Successful participants
receive a William Angliss 'Certificate of Participation'.
This course is availble to organisations only that wish to deliver to their staff.
