STEP SEVEN - Written feedback provided on the assessment
The
William Angliss SRA Coordinator will contact you in writing within 25
days of lodgement to provide you with feedback on your SRA assessment
outcomes.
All applicants will be provided with:
• clear and constructive feedback on the assessment decision
• information on ways of overcoming any identified gaps in competency revealed by the assessment *
• the opportunity to discuss the assessment process and outcomes at a meeting with the assessor
• information on the appeals process

Where gaps in competency have been identified, applicants will be
presented with a Training/Assessment Plan which will outline a
structured training and assessment program to ensure that the applicant
acquires all of the necessary competencies in each unit to achieve
their qualification.
In this
letter you will be asked to contact the William Angliss SRA Coordinator
to organise a meeting to discuss the outcomes of the assessment
process, where required.
